DMAP Supplemental Rebate Agreements

Oregon has joined the Sovereign States Drug Consortium (SSDC), a Multi-State Supplemental Rebate Pool.

All Manufacturers interested in submitting Supplemental Rebate offers for consideration to include their drug(s) on the Practitioner-Managed Prescription Drug Plan (PMPDP) Plan Drug List (PDL), OAR 410-121-0030 should register on the SSDC Web site.

• This is a secured Web site managed by the SSDC's contracted vendor, Goold Health Systems.
• By submitting supplemental rebate offers for the Oregon Medicaid program through the SSDC Web site, manufacturers agree to abide by all rules and policies set forth by the State of Oregon and the Sovereign States Drug Consortium.
