Drought Resources

Proposed Revision to Continuing Education Program Rules
OSLAB voted at its February 11, 2016 meeting to initiate the rulemaking notice process for proposed revisions to CE rules in OAR 804 Division 25.  A brief description of the proposed revisions is provided below in the Notice to Interested Parties.  OSLAB encourages individuals to directly review the draft rule language, also provided below, for a more comprehensive understanding of the proposed revisions.  Comments on the proposed revisions are being accepted through close of business (5 PM) on April 27, 2016. ​
