Challenge Letter to Registered Landscape Architects (RLA)
Please see the attached letter about an upcoming opportunity to serve on OSLAB. The Board needs to replace two RLA members in the near-term. Applicants for the positions must be registered with OSLAB, be in good standing, and living in Oregon.

NOTICE OF PROPOSED RULEMAKING

The OSLAB voted at its February 17, 2012 to initiate formal rulemaking to amend two rules as follows:

804-022-0005: Initial Landscape Architect Registration not by Reciprocity
804-022-0010: Landscape Architect Registration by Reciprocity

The Board is soliciting public comment on this rulemaking. Comments may be submitted through close of business April 19, 2012. The Board is also holding a public hearing on April 19; see notice to interested parties below for full details.
