PAYMENT NOTICE: Due to the added costs of merchant fees, DMV offices
only accept cash or checks and do not accept credit or debit cards; however, this office does offer an ATM in the lobby for your convenience.

Note: This facility may be closed temporarily at other times when business, illness or training requires the limited staff to be away from the office.
Knowledge Test Hours
Your customer number must be called by 11:30 AM to take a test prior to lunch or by 4:00 PM to take a test before the office closes.
Note: No one is allowed to accompany a customer into the testing area while a knowledge test is being taken except for interpreters.

Drive tests are given by appointment only. If you would like to schedule an appointment, please call (541) 947-4233.
Note: If there is inclement weather, drive tests may be cancelled or traction devices may be required. Please check the Special Notices or confirm your drive test by calling the office.

Going North/South
- Travel North or South on the Lakeview Burns Hwy (OR-395) until it becomes F St.
- The DMV office is located on the East side of F St between 8th St and 9th St.
Going East (from Bly or Beatty)
- Travel East on the Klamath Falls Lakeview Hwy (OR-140).
- After entering the city limits the highways becomes South F St.
- Continue straight on South F St.
- The DMV office is located on the East side of F St between 8th St and 9th St.
Going West
- Travel West on the Klamath Falls Lakeview Hwy (OR-140).
- After entering the city limits the highway becomes 4th St.
- Continue straight (West) on 4th St.
- Westbound 4th St then curves to the RIGHT and becomes Southbound F St (OR-395).
- Continue South on F St for several blocks.
- The DMV office is located on the East side of F St between 8th St and 9th St.
