Nondiscrimination in Federally Assisted Programs

The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) complies with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and other federal nondiscrimination authorities which prohibit discrimination based on race, color, national origin, age, disability, sex, income level, and Limited English Proficiency. Our Nondiscrimination policies apply in ODOT's programs, activities, services, operations, delivery of benefits, and opportunities to participate.

The ODOT Office of Civil Rights partners with other business areas at ODOT to serve people in Oregon in alignment with federal nondiscrimination authorities.

In an effort to provide equitable access, ODOT provides accessibility aids, translation, and interpretation services for all public events and vital documents free of charge upon request. You can get these services by providing reasonable advanced notice.
