All mailed-in transactions should be sent to DMV Headquarters.  Please do not send them to this office.

Hours of Operation 

Hours of operation have changed for this location. 

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday and Tuesday
10:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Wednesday
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Thursday and Friday

(Closed for Mid-Day: 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM)
 
Note: DMV offices are closed for Statewide Holidays.

Drive tests are given by appointment only. If you would like to schedule an appointment, please call the office number above.

You must show proof of insurance before a drive test. You can use:

  • A valid insurance card;
  • A current vehicle liability insurance policy or binder; or
  • A DMV Certificate of Self-Insurance showing you as the owner of the vehicle.


Note:
If there is inclement weather, drive tests may be cancelled or traction devices may be required. Please confirm your drive test by calling the office.

Going South

  • From I-5 southbound, take Exit 30 for Crater Lake Hwy (OR-62) toward Klamath Falls/Medford.
  • At the end of the off-ramp, turn LEFT (east) on Crater Lake Hwy (OR-62) and travel over the overpass.
  • About a block past the I-5 overpass, turn RIGHT onto the access for Biddle Rd.
  • Turn LEFT (south) on Biddle Rd toward City Center.
  • Turn LEFT (east) on Stevens Street.
  • Turn RIGHT into Medford Center.
  • DMV is located next to Safeway.


Going North

  • From I-5 northbound, take Exit 27 toward OR-99/Medford.
  • Keep RIGHT to take the ramp toward Barnett Road.
  • Turn RIGHT onto Highland Drive (stay to right though roundabout).
  • Turn LEFT (east) on E Main Street.
  • Turn RIGHT onto Crater Lake Avenue.
  • Turn LEFT onto Stevens Street.
  • Turn LEFT into Medford Center.
  • DMV is located next to Safeway.


Going East

  • Travel east on the Jacksonville Hwy (OR-238).
  • After crossing OR-99, Jacksonville Hwy (OR-238) becomes the Crater Lake Hwy (OR-62).
  • About a block past the I-5 overpass, turn RIGHT onto the access for Biddle Rd.
  • Turn LEFT (south) on Biddle Rd toward City Center.
  • Turn LEFT (east) on Stevens Street.
  • Turn RIGHT at 2nd driveway into Medford Center.
  • DMV is located next to Safeway.


Going West

  • Travel West on Crater Lake Hwy (OR-62) toward Medford.
  • Just before the I-5 N entrance turn RIGHT onto the Biddle Rd access.
  • Turn LEFT (south) on Biddle Rd toward City Center.
  • Turn LEFT (east) on Stevens Street.
  • Turn RIGHT at 2nd driveway into Medford Center.
  • DMV is located next to Safeway.
