Special Notices
 PAYMENT NOTICE: Due to the added costs of merchant fees, DMV offices only accept cash or checks and do not accept credit or debit cards; however, this office does offer an ATM in the lobby for your convenience.
CLOSURE NOTICE: This office is closed on Wednesday from 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM for weekly staff meetings.
CLOSURE NOTICE: Due to statewide cost saving measures, all DMV facilities will be closed on the following days: 9/16/11, 11/25/11, 3/23/12, 5/25/12, 8/17/12, 10/19/12, 11/23/12, 1/18/13, 4/19/13, 5/24/13.

Your customer number must be called by 4:00 PM in order to take a test that day.
Note: No one is allowed to accompany a customer into the testing area while a knowledge test is being taken except for interpreters.

Note: If there is inclement weather, drive tests may be cancelled or traction devices may be required. Please check the Special Notices or confirm your drive test by calling the office.

Sherwood DMV 14240 SW Galbreath Dr Sherwood, OR 97140 Going North/South - From North or Southbound I-5, take the Tualatin/Sherwood exit (Exit 289).
- At the end of the off-ramp, go West on Tualatin-Sherwood Rd (may also be labeled as Nyberg Rd).
- Continue West on Tualatin-Sherwood Rd for approximately 3.5 miles (keep to the RIGHT at the Oregon St split).
- You will cross two sets of railroad tracks (if you get to the DEQ emissions testing station, you have gone too far).
- Just after the 2nd set of railroad tracks, turn RIGHT (North) on Gerda Ln (you should see Stark St Lawn & Garden with a big green metal roof on the corner).
- Turn RIGHT (East) immediately on Galbreath Dr.
- Turn RIGHT (South) at the second driveway into the DMV office parking lot.
Going East/West - From East or Westbound Pacific Hwy (OR-99W), turn East on Tualatin-Sherwood Rd (may also be labeled as Nyberg Rd).
- Continue East on Tualatin-Sherwood Rd for about 3/4 of a mile (passing the DEQ emissions testing station).
- Turn LEFT (North) on Gerda Ln (you should see Stark St Lawn & Garden with a big green metal roof on the corner).
- Turn RIGHT (East) immediately on Galbreath Dr.
- Turn RIGHT (South) at the second driveway into the DMV office parking lot.
