Mission

The mission of the Oregon Technology Transfer Center is to foster a safe and efficient transportation system in the state of Oregon by offering training, technical assistance and technology transfer to local transportation agencies.

Funding

The Technology Transfer Center is jointly sponsored by the Federal Highway Administration, the counties and cites of Oregon, and the Oregon Department of Transportation.  FHWA funds are provided through the Local Technical Assistance Program.

Most of our services are provided free of charge to Oregon agencies with transportation responsibilities.
