Publicly Available State Health Information Technology Plans

The State Health Information Exchange (HIE) Cooperative Agreement Program, authorized by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA), provides funding to states and territories for planning and implementation of HIE. To receive implementation funding, states or designated entities are required by ONC to submit and receive approval of Strategic and Operational Plans for HIE.
