  • AMH Online Reports is a Web-based service that allows users to conduct data queries and view reports using treatment data from the Addictions and Mental Health Division.
  • Oregon Health Information provides state and county socioeconomic and demographic information, as well as health information such as health insurance status, access to physicians, hospital admission rates and other data on health status.
  • Oregon Vital Statistics Annual Report is produced in two volumes. Volume 1 focuses on birth-related data and Volume 2 provides mortality data. In addition, a separate County Data Book presents a wealth of vital statistics for Oregon counties.
  • Oregon Healthy Teens Survey is an anonymous and voluntary research-based survey conducted among 8th and 11th graders statewide. It provides state and county data about health, behavior, risk factors and the well-being of adolescents.
  • Oregon Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System is an annual survey of Oregon adults. It is the source of state and county data about modifiable risk factors for chronic diseases and other leading causes of death.
  • The Pregnancy Risk Assessment Monitoring System (PRAMS) provides state data from women who have recently given birth about health, health care and maternal attitudes and experiences around pregnancy. The Perinatal Data Book is another good source of data about health risks during pregnancy.
  • Teen Pregnancy Data are available for the state, county and by zip code and demographics. The Oregon Youth Sexual Health Plan also provides data.
  • Oregon Tobacco Facts is designed as a reference for the most recent Oregon data on tobacco. Other fact sheets are compiled by specific population, county or region.
  • The Health Promotion and Chronic Disease Prevention Web site contains links to data about chronic diseases such as arthritis, asthma, cancer, diabetes and heart disease.
  • Injury Epidemiology Web site data on all unintentional and intentional injuries in Oregon and provides state and county data about fatal and non-fatal injuries.
  • Disease Surveillance data are available about acute and communicable diseases. There are weekly, monthly and annual reports that include state and county data. Data specifically about HIV/AIDS and STDs are also available.
  • Oregon Population reports are the source for detailed state, county and metropolitan area population data, including components of annual population change.
  • Oregon Department of Education reports include a wealth of data about the success of Oregon students and the effectiveness of Oregon school districts.
  • Oregon Annual Uniform Crime reports provide state and county data about behavioral crime offenses, property offenses and crimes against persons, including domestic violence. Much of the data from these reports can also be accessed on this interactive display of crime and arrest data
