Manufactured home ownership

When submitting applications in MHODS, please follow these guidelines:​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Step 1: Complete county form

Every home ownership-related application submitted in MHODS, regardless of the type of transaction, requires a county notification form. The county assessment/taxation office​ where the new home will be sited or used home is currently sited must complete this form (note: a few counties prefer not to sign form 5158/5159 and instead provide individuals with their own form/signature page, which can then be attached to form 5158/5159 in the MHODS application). 

Depending on the transaction, use either the "new home" or "used home" form:

Note: new homes going directly into real property will not be processed through the MHODS sy​stem
