Air Contaminant Discharge Permits

Applications and reporting forms

Air Contaminant Discharge Permits are primarily used to regulate minor sources of air contaminant emissions, but are also required for any new major source or major modification at a major source. A General ACDP differs from the other types in that it is issued for an entire source category and qualifying facilities are subsequently assigned to the permit. The other types of ACDPs are issued for an individual facility.

ACDP Fees

On Sept. 17, 2020, the Environmental Quality Commission approved an ACDP fee rulemaking.

ACDP sources will see an increase in their fall 2020 invoices. Please visit the ACDP fee table (link to the table is shown as “ED.NOTE: To view attachments…") to determine your fees. General permits that need to determine their fee classification may refer to Division 216 here, all General permit categories not listed default to Fee Class 1.

Payment Plan options are available to sources that request and establish the need before annual fees are due (most are due Dec. 1).  If your facility is interested in setting up a payment plan, please contact the AQ Invoice Coordinator for plan options.

If you have questions or need additional information, please contact the AQ Invoice Coordinator at 503-229-5108 (TTY 711), or send an email to:
