Drought Resources ​

2017-2019 Budget and Fees. 

The Board  adopted its 2017-2019 (July 1, 2017 - June 30, 2019) budget and related fee increases at its May 17, 2017 quarterly meeting.  Fee increases are effective July 1, 2017.  The following documents provide details on the budget and fees.  Please direct any questions to the Board office.

Adopted Rule Amendments for Business Registration & Related Rules

At it's 02/08/17 meeting the Board adopted rule amendments OAR Division 35–Business Registration as well as on related amendments in OAR Division 50, 804-003-0000, 804-022-0025, 804-030-0011, and 804-040-0000. The amendments went into effect 02/10/2017​. The updated language is provided here:
