Going North/South

  • From north or southbound Ivy St (OR-99), turn east on 4th Ave.
  • Continue on 4th Ave for about 1.5 blocks.
  • The DMV office is located on the right-hand side of 4th Ave before Greenwood St.
  • There is limited or no parking available for oversize trucks or vehicle combinations.


Going East/West

  • From east or westbound 1st Ave, turn North on Ivy St (OR-99).
  • Continue north on Ivy St for 3 blocks.
  • Turn RIGHT (east) on 4th Ave.
  • Continue east on 4th Ave for about 1.5 blocks.
  • The DMV office is located on the right-hand side of 4th Ave before Greenwood St.
  • There is limited or no parking available for oversize trucks or vehicle combinations.
