The Oregon Department of Transportation and Oregon State Police want you to make the "Fourth a Blast, Not a Bust." OSP troopers will be patrolling Oregon's highways looking for intoxicated, reckless and fatigued drivers. In addition, ODOT wants drivers to use extra caution around highway work zones. Work will pause for the holiday, but work zones will still be marked and will still require slower speeds.
