Health Evidence Review Commission's Report
The 2023 Biennial Report includes the Prioritized List of Health Services line rankings that will be in effect during the 2024-25 calendar years. HERC continues to use the methodology for prioritization first established with the January 2008 list and the use of evidence of clinical effectiveness and cost-effectiveness in making changes to the list. Beginning January 1, 2024, pending approval of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, Lines 1-469 of this new list will be funded in accordance with the current Medicaid demonstration waiver (Line 469 on the 2024-25 list equates to Line 475 on the 2016-17 list).
