AMH Approved Evidence-Based Screening Resources/Tools (SBIRT)

Addictions and Mental Health (AMH) has approved the following list of screening tools to be used for the CCO or hospital incentive metrics; only the use of AMH approved screening tools will meet the screening requirements to count toward metric targets and benchmarks. From this list, medical clinics or hospitals can chose to implement one or more of these screening tools. Choices of screening tools need to align with policies and initiatives being implemented by CCOs and the Oregon Health Authority.
