Addictions and Mental Health - Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR)

A Rules Advisory Committee (RAC) is convened during the process of permanently creating or amending Oregon Administrative rules (OAR). The RAC purpose is to encourage discussion and suggestions from AMH stakeholders and the public regarding rule language and fiscal impacts. The RAC's role is advisory, and AMH considers all suggestions prior to deciding and filing the final text.

AMH's standing RAC consists of 12 to 15 members. Each RAC meeting includes Ad Hoc members selected by the responsible AMH program manager for their content expertise related to the rules being discussed. Although any person may attend a RAC, only those specifically invited may participate in the meeting. Link to Policy

If participation in the AMH Standing RAC interests you, please contact Marcus Kroloff@state.or.us
