The Addictions and Mental Health Planning and Advisory Council (AMHPAC) is currently accepting applications for an individual to fill a "Family Member of a Child with a Substance Use Disorder" postion.

  • Applications will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on Friday, September 12, 2014.
  • Please be sure it is clearly indicated, selected on the application for which position you are applying.
  • Applicants are asked to attend the AMHPAC meeting in person or by phone on November 13, 2014 from 9 to 9:15 a.m. to introduce themselves and share their reason(s) for seeking membership on the Council. The agenda, with call-in information, will be available here approximately one week prior to the meeting. 

 

The Addictions and Mental Health Planning and Advisory Council (AMHPAC) is currently accepting applications for an individual to fill an "Urban Mental Health Service Provider" position.

  • Applications will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on Friday, September 12, 2014
  • Please be sure it is clearly indicated, selected on the application for which position you are applying.
  • Applicants are asked to attend the AMHPAC meeting in person or by phone on November 13, 2014 from 9 to 9:15 a.m. to introduce themselves and share their reason(s) for seeking membership on the Council. The agenda, with call-in information, will be available here approximately one week prior to the meeting.

 

Ongoing Vacancies

Addictions and Mental Health Planning and Advisory Council is currently seeking applications​ from representatives of Coordinated Care Organizations. The Council has two vacancies:

  1. A Coordinated Care Organization that serves a mostly urban area.
  2. A Coordinated Care Organization that serves a mostly rural area.

​​Applications are being sought until an acceptable pool of applicants has been collected. Applicants are asked to attend an AMHPAC meeting in person or by phone to fulfill this selection requirement.
