Oregon Access to Recovery (ATR)
What services are provided?
OR-ATR is a voucher-based system for clients to purchase recovery support services and substance abuse treatment. A variety of services are funded to maximize a successful recovery.
The services funded by OR-ATR vary greatly to allow successful recovery from substance abuse. Vouchers are available for services that previously have been previously unavailable to clients seeking treatment and working through a program of recovery.
Services include:
Acupuncture
Behavioral Health Individual/Group Counseling
Child care
Education/GED support
Employment services and job training
Family and Marital Counseling
Housing barrier removal
Life skills training
Limited Medical, Dental and Vision Care Services
Parent education/child development
Peer-to-peer services
Pastoral Family/Marital Counseling
Spiritual and faith-based support
Substance Abuse Counseling/Treatment (Outpatient)
Transportation
How do clients get involved?
Access to OR-ATR services begin with an interview by a Care Coordinator at a Recovery Management Center. Individuals work with their Care Coordinator to choose the services that best support their recovery.
