Connect to Services and Supports When and Where You Need Them

Learn how to find the behavioral health services you need, and get them in a way that supports and affirms your culture and language needs.

  • Your community mental health program is often the first point of contact for resources near you. You can also contact them if you are seeking placement in an adult foster home or mental health treatment facility.
  • You should contact your health plan's customer service number for help with substance use disorder or problem gambling treatment.
  • You can also search the Oregon Behavioral Health Provider Directory for the types of care you need, and see who accepts your health insurance.
