Oregon Priorities
Chosen priority
Oregon's priority chosen is "high-risk drinking among 18 to 25 year olds" ultimately leading to the reduction of alcohol and abuse.
Indicators contributing to high risk drinking are:
Binge drinking
Five or more drinks on any one occasion.
Heavy drinking
Males that exceed two drinks per day or females that exceed one per day.
Underage drinking
Any use of alcohol by anyone under the age of 21.
