    Michael and Fanina PadylukaAugust 4, 2014 — Fanina Padykula and her husband avoided going to the doctor because they couldn't afford it.

    Her husband, Michael, 37, hadn't been to a doctor much since he broke his arm when he was a kid.

    After the Oregon Health Plan was opened to more Oregonians earlier this year, Fanina worked with a Cover Oregon community partner who helped her with application.
