Refund Policy

Refunds must be issued in an amount not greater than the original amount of the transaction. Refunds must be returned using the original method of payment. Cash refunds are prohibited. The agency will comply with PCI security standards related to chargebacks.

Per OAR 801-010-0010(1), all application fees are non-refundable.
