Read and comment on proposed rules
We post rulemaking notices when rule changes are being considered. You can join a public hearing or submit written comments. All feedback is public and will be posted on this page. -
Join a Rules Advisory Committee (RAC)
RACs bring together community members, Tribal representatives, partners, and staff. Members review draft rules and share input before rules are finalized. -
