How to Attend a Meeting

WTDB meetings are open to the public. View upcoming meetings in the public calendar above or on the Oregon Transparency website. Most meetings are virtual, join using the link in the calendar listing, which includes dial-in options. 

To request an accommodation--such as ASL interpretation, materials in alternative formats, or other supports--or to submit public comment, please contact the Board Administrator here. Accommodation requests should be submitted at least 48 hours in advance, and requests to provide public comment must be submitted at least 12 hours before the meeting. Public comments are limited to 3 minutes per person or group. Staff respectfully requests that written materials be submitted prior to or at the time of testimony. 

All meeting materials are posted on the website ahead of each meeting. Documents on the WTDB website are formatted for screen reader compatibility and accessibility; if you encounter barriers or have suggestions for improvement, please let us know.

Typical WTDB Meeting Cadences

Meeting schedules may vary; however, the following outlines their regular cadence. For the most current information, please refer to the public meeting calendar above. 

• WTDB Full Board Quarterly Meeting (WTDB)
• Quarterly, second Friday of the month in Mar., June, Sept., and Dec. Typically 1:00 to 4:00pm
• WTDB Workforce Readiness Committee Meeting (WRC)
• 1st Wednesday
  
• WTDB Executive Committee Meeting 
• 3rd Wed of the month at 1:00pm, excluding board meeting months. 
• WTDB Continuous Improvement Committee Meeting (CIC) 
• 4th Wed of the month at 3:00 pm
