Lebanon State Airport

Overview

The City of Lebanon is located in Linn County near the Interstate 5 corridor. Lebanon State Airport is situated on approximately 75 acres west of U.S. Route 20, approximately one mile west of the City. The Airport is owned and operated by the ODA. Nearby points of interest include the South Santiam Canyon, Foster and Green Peter Reservoirs, as well as the Linn County Historical Museum. Approximately 15 miles southwest of Lebanon is the Town of Brownsville. Brownsville hosts the State's oldest continuing community festival, the Pioneer Picnic, every June. The largest employers in the area are Lowe’s Regional Distribution Center, Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital, Lebanon Schools, Wal-Mart, and ENTEK Manufacturing.

 

The Airport currently offers one paved runway oriented in a north-south direction. This visual approach runway, Runway 16/34, measures 2,877 feet in length and 60 feet in width. Runway 16/34 is lighted with MIRL and is equipped with PAPIs. The runway has a partial parallel taxiway. The Lebanon State Airport accommodates approximately 9,855 general aviation operations annually. It is estimated that 54 percent of these annual operations are itinerant. The Airport currently has 49 based aircraft.
