Land Use Compatibility Guidebook

The Airport Land Use Compatibility Guidebook is the State of Oregon's tool for promoting compatibility between public- and private-use airports and surrounding land uses and developments. It can be used by groups such as local jurisdictions, private developers, and public agencies to ensure development in the airport environs occurs in a safe and orderly manner.

The Guidebook contains many tools that may be useful to those interested in land use and airports, including sample easements and agreements, model code for an airport safety overlay zone, and resources to promote compatibility between airports and surrounding land uses."
