State Business Cards, Envelopes and Letterhead

Our partner, Oregon Corrections Enterprises (OCE) prints all state standard stationery, including business cards, envelopes and letterhead. According to the interagency price agreements, state agencies can order directly through OCE, without contacting Publishing & Distribution.

OCE state standard price agreements:

Oregon Stationery is branded to promote consistency and professionalism across all state agencies. You must have a legitimate business reason to deviate from the state standards. After your non-standard (custom) stationary is approved by your agency director the design must be submitted to Publishing & Distribution for approval by the State Printer. Business card or letterhead designs should be submitted as high resolution PDFs and your agency logos must be supplied in TIFF or EPS format.

Once the design has been approved by the State Printer you may place an order with Publishing & Distribution and we will coordinate with OCE.
