Production Mail
Production mail includes a variety of traditional mail processing services including design, variable data messaging, printing and mail metering services. National Change of Address (NCOA) service is also available to ensure move updates are captured in your address files.

State Shuttle and Delivery
P&D offers interagency delivery service though
state shuttle, with optional
PacTrac tracking service. The state shuttle service is available to state agencies and counties located in the Salem area and along the I-5 corridor from Portland to Eugene.
Security
The P&D facility offers level 3 restricted and level 4 critical security for the printing and mailing of highly confidential documents.
