We offer DAS
divisions and customer agencies technical procurement assistance and
consultation services to facilitate the procurement process. The
consultation can either be part of a full procurement process managed by
us, or as a stand-alone service. Technical assistance includes, but is
not limited to, generation of reports, market analysis, process
mentorship or problem research and resolution.
State and local
government personnel can take advantage of our Oregon-specific public
procurement training and customized training services. Our training
staff also maintains an Oregon credentialing program.
OregonBuys is a web based
tool containing statewide price agreements and agency specific
offerings. Full access to OregonBuys requires an account.

We respond to user account requests within two business days when the request is placed Mon-Fri between 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Response times for inquiries made to an agency's contact are based on the individual agency procedure.

with your permanent staff for the purpose of conducting complex project
specific procurements on behalf of your agency. We can also embed staff
for the purpose of developing and strengthening the procurement
expertise of your agency’s internal procurement staff.
Requests for embedded PS staff should be made directly to a member of the PS management team. Initial requests can be made in person or via email.
Initial acknowledgement of your request will
be within one business day. The PS manager who receives it will
negotiate timelines with you based on the unique aspect of the request
and PS staff availability.
