portfolio of established statewide price agreements and
multi-jurisdictional cooperative procurements that cover a wide variety
of frequently used services and supplies.

We offer DAS
divisions and customer agencies technical procurement assistance and
consultation services to facilitate the procurement process. The
consultation can either be part of a full procurement process managed by
us, or as a stand-alone service. Technical assistance includes, but is
not limited to, generation of reports, market analysis, process
mentorship or problem research and resolution.
State and local
government personnel can take advantage of our Oregon-specific public
procurement training and customized training services. Our training
staff also maintains an Oregon credentialing program.
