From protecting workers and consumers to regulating many types of businesses, DCBS serves in many different ways.
How we serve you
The divisions and programs that make up DCBS include the Building Codes Division, Division of Financial Regulation, Oregon OSHA, the Workers’ Compensation Board, and Workers’ Compensation Division, and two ombuds offices.

Oregon Gov. Kate Brown has created the Interagency Task Force on Agricultural Labor Housing to establish a coordinated approach to changes of agricultural workers and their families who reside in employer-provided housing. The task force will focus on three key areas: coordinating compliance, capital improvements, and infrastructure and statewide issues.
