DCBS strategic planning

DCBS is setting its forward course by engaging in a strategic planning process. This process will shape our department and further define who we are, what we do, and why we do it.
We are nearing the finish line in our strategic planning process. Thank you to all who have provided input up to this point. Your feedback has helped us develop our mission, vision, values, goals, objectives, and initiatives.
Before we move into the execution and implementation phases of our strategic plan, we are asking for additional information. Will you please review the
draft strategic plan and let us know if you have any thoughts, concerns, or other comments to share before we finalize?

DCBS believes that our strategic plan should reflect the people we serve and interact with, as well as the employees who work in the agency.
