The State of Oregon, acting by and through the Department of Consumer and Business Services, Division of Financial Regulation, (“Agency”), has issued a Competitive Sealed Request for Proposal Procurement for Property Insurance Market Study and Feasibility Analysis Services to support the Agency requirements for a comprehensive study as required by the 2025 Oregon Senate Bill 829.
Agency anticipates the award of one (1) Contract from this solicitation. The initial term of the Contract is anticipated to be two (2) years with an option to extend, not to exceed December 31, 2028, as per Section 6 of SB 829.
