DCBS strategic planning

DCBS is setting its forward course by engaging in a strategic planning process. This process will shape our department and further define who we are, what we do, and why we do it. Strategic planning will help us determine our objectives and initiatives, and provide a vision of how we will achieve them.

The overarching purpose of this process is to strengthen our interactions with and services to the public we serve.

This process includes our internal and external stakeholders. It is not a decision of management alone. The Strategic Planning Steering Committee represents employees and managers.
