The Employer Database System is a database containing all Oregon employers and their history of workers’ compensation insurance coverage. The system produces a snapshot of current employers with active workers’ compensation insurance policies based on beginning and ending dates of coverage. Some employer information is excluded from the employer database system to protect confidential data. Federal Employer Identification Numbers (FEIN) that may be social security numbers, contact names, and client employers of leasing companies are excluded.
The most current snapshot of the employer database is uploaded to data.oregon.gov monthly during the first week of each month. The complete database can be downloaded or viewed by following the link below.
