Report a Concern About an Early Learning and Care Provider

What To Report

Health and Safety

Concerns about child safety:

  • If a child is in immediate danger, call 911.
  • To report suspected child abuse, immediately contact law enforcement or the Oregon Department of Human Services hotline: call 855-503-SAFE (7233). Reports can be made 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Fraud and Misuse of Funds

Concerns relating to potential fraud and/or misuse of funds:

  • DELC conducts reviews for compliance with the terms of the grant agreement and laws/regulations to ensure public dollars are used according to program rules and other state and federal requirements. Learn more on the Report Potential Fraud and/or Misuse of Funds webpage.
