Oregon Coalition of Adoption Agencies (COAA)
Consists of Oregon licensed adoption agencies meeting monthly to discuss the needs of children awaiting adoption in Oregon. Members share information on agency practices, offer each other support and training, and discuss legislative changes impacting Oregon adoptions.

Oregon Post Adoption Resource Center (ORPARC)
A non-profit program contracted with Oregon DHS to offer services at no cost to:

  1. Oregon DHS adoptive families,
  2. Oregon Assisted Guardianship families and
  3. Oregon families who have adopted through any state’s child welfare system.
