COVID-19 Vaccine - Statewide Pharmacy Information
Eligible Oregonians, including homecare workers, personal support workers and personal care attendants, can now get COVID-19 vaccines at a number of retail pharmacies across the state. While vaccine supply remains limited, appointments will be added each week as supply increases at the pharmacies listed below.

Individuals must have an appointment in order to receive a vaccine. The County Health Department will have vaccination clinics at Crook County Fairgrounds every Tuesday, starting February 9th. Please make an appointment at

Individuals in Douglas County will get vaccinated by their own health care provider, clinic or pharmacy. Mass vaccination events, sponsored by different organizations, will be by appointment and invitation only.
