Jennifer Allen, Portland
Jennifer earned her bachelor of arts from Mount Holyoke College and master of arts from Portland State University. She brings more than 25 years of leadership across arts, education, and humanities nonprofit organizations to her role as director of Responsive Grantmaking at the James F. and Marion L. Miller Foundation.
She served as executive director of Friends of the Multnomah County Library following a decade of work with Oregon Humanities, where she led statewide programs, partnerships, and grantmaking initiatives. Earlier in her career, she held development and communications roles at the Food Alliance and Ecotrust, and served as a longtime volunteer facilitator and board member for Write Around Portland.
Deep roots in rural Oregon inform Jennifer's approach to her work and her commitment to equitable, community-centered grantmaking.

Jody Wiser, Portland
With a professional background in Early Childhood Education, 20 years ago Jody Wiser transitioned to become a tax wonk focused on improving tax policies in Oregon. In the early childhood field Jody was a home- based child care provider, directed a child care center, founded a non-profit serving day care providers which continues today, and taught early childhood for Boise-Elliot, Head Start and Irvington schools for Portland Public Schools.
In 2003 she joined others in founding Tax Fairness Oregon, an all-volunteer organization that focuses on state revenue—both how tax revenue is collected and the ways revenue is spent through tax breaks. Jody's become adept at reading tax law, lobbying the state legislature on tax issues and leading a group of individuals older than five.

Eric Kang, Tigard
Eric Kang earned his Bachelors in Accounting from Portland State University and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is the Finance Director for the City of Tigard and is a member of Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Government Finance Officers Association. As the City of Tigard's Finance Director, he oversees the Finance Department and the Municipal Court. Before transitioning to municipal government, his early career was devoted to working with not-for-profit organizations, primarily as an auditor and later as a Finance Director for a not-for-profit agency.
He also has extensive experience working in the private sector in the financial services industry. Eric is a native Oregonian and is an active volunteer in his community.

Sandra Hansberger, Portland
Sandra Hansberger received her B.A. from Pitzer College in Claremont, CA in 1978, and her J.D. from Lewis and Clark Law School in 1982. She has more than 40 years' experience in non-profit work - as a volunteer, staff member, board member, and Executive Director. Her work has focused on providing civil legal services to low-income Oregonians - first as a staff attorney and clinical law professor, and later as the Executive Director of the Campaign for Equal Justice, a statewide organization that supports access to civil legal services for low-income Oregonians. Since her retirement, her work has expanded to include access to health care, food, education, social services, and unique issues impacting rural communities. Sandra is a firm believer in the power of non-profits to help individuals, families, and communities in need.
