How Do I Create My Frances Online Account?
From the Frances Online for Claimants page, click "Sign Up for a Claimant Online Account."


How Do I Verify My Address?
Click the red 'address not verified' link. A pop-up address search window may appear with some options. Choose one. You should see a green check mark next to 'Address verified'. Click Next to continue.


How Do I Upload Documents?
To upload your Paid Leave document to Frances Online, log in to Frances Online for Claimants and click "Respond to Questionnaire" in the Current Paid Leave Oregon Benefits section.


How Do I Update My Frances Online Profile?
To manage your profile, log in to Frances Online for Claimants and click “Manage My Profile" from the top-right corner of the screen.


How Do I Apply For Paid Leave Oregon Benefits?
To apply for benefits, log in to Frances Online for Claimants and click "File a Paid Leave Oregon Claim" from the Claimant Services panel on the Home tab. If you don't have a Frances Online account, create one by clicking "Sign Up for a Claimant Online Account" at Frances Online for Claimants.


What If I Don't Know or Can't Find My Type of Occupation?
Your occupation is what you do for work. You don't need to find your specific job title, just a category that your job fits in.
How Can I View My Letters?
To view letters from the Oregon Employment Department on Frances Online, log in to Frances Online for Claimants and go to the I Want To… tab and click "View Letters" from the Letters section.

How Do I File an Appeal?
To file an appeal on your Paid Leave Oregon Claim, log in to Frances Online for Claimants and click "View or Change Benefit Details" from the Benefit Details panel on the Home tab. Then, click the "File an Appeal" hyperlink from the top-right corner.


How Do I Request a Waiver?
To submit a waiver, log in to Frances Online for Claimants and click the I Want To... tab. Look at the 'Waivers' section.


How Do I Log Off Frances Online?
To log out of Frances Online, click the Profile icon at the top of the screen, on the left of the owl and click "Log Off."
