You can make adjustments to taxes reported electronically
on your Form OQ or OA (Domestic) in the Oregon Payroll Reporting System (OPRS).
If you filed using paper forms, you'll need to complete the Form OQ/OA -
If there is an adjustment to subject wages for Unemployment
Insurance, in most cases, you’ll need to adjust your Form 132 Employee Detail
Report. This can be done in the Oregon Payroll Reporting System (OPRS) if you
filed electronically. If you filed using paper forms, you must also submit a
Form 132 - AMENDED Report. However, if your original Form 132 was filled out
correctly, you will not need to do this.
