Executive Order 25-26

Executive Order 25‑26 establishes a coordinated, statewide approach to strengthening Oregon’s resilience to accelerating climate impacts. Through this directive, Governor Kotek calls on state agencies, partners, and communities to align around a shared resilience framework, integrate climate‑adaptation principles into existing programs, and prioritize investments that protect Oregon’s natural and working lands and waters. This webpage brings together the core materials that support implementation of the Order including the Plan for a Resilient Oregon, foundational resilience attributes, agency workplans, engagement schedules, and key administrative documents, to provide a clear and comprehensive view of Oregon’s efforts to build long‑term climate resilience.
