Performance and Accountability

The HECC is repsonsible for the following performance measurement and reporting on higher education and workforce programs, in our efforts to meet accountability requirements, inform decisions, and measure progress toward goals.

  • Background on and links to the Higher Education Coordinating Commission's current key performance metrics (KPMSs). As for all state agencies, the Oregon Legislature requires annual reporting of key performance metrics by the HECC.​

Federal Reporting
  • Annual reports for programs administered by the HECC supported by federal funding streams, including Adult Basic Skills, workforce programs funded by WIOA, and more.

  • Information on HECC and Oregon’s community colleges participate in the first-ever national accountability system to measure how 2-year colleges perform in serving their students.
