Set up Monday—Thursday. Results within 3 business days.
Specimen Requirements
0.5 mL of serum or whole blood. Tubes containing anticoagulants (i.e. purple and green top tubes) will not be accepted.
Collection Protocol
Send blood overnight — whole blood (red top tubes) or serum. Only an accredited veterinarian in the state where the blood was taken may submit samples.
Shipping Requirements
On ice - do not freeze - recommend ship overnight
Additional Information
Non-negatives will increase turnaround times and may incur additional charges.
If you find a sick or dead bird, don't touch it, report it!
