The Oregon Department of Agriculture (ODA) insect collection houses an insect and arthropod collection with:

• More than 100,000 pinned specimens
  
• Approximately 6,000 species represented
  
• Emphasis on species known or suspected to have agricultural significance, including newly detected exotic species
  
• Strong representations of wood-associated insects
  
• A voucher depository for insect biocontrol agents
  
• Large image collection for identification purposes
