Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities Licensing

The I/DD Licensing Unit endorses, certifies and licenses agencies and organizations that provide services in out-of-home settings for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Following initial Medicaid Agency Certification, endorsement and licensure, I/DD Licensing conducts monitoring of individually licensed homes and agencies through regular licensing inspections, complaint and quality assurance reviews.
