Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)

  • Visit ADA.gov for information and technical assistance resources

Background checks

  • Background Check Unit (BCU) provides background check services to ODHS and OHA including screening providers, applicants, employees, contractors, vendors and volunteers.
  • ORCHARDS is the Oregon Criminal History and Abuse Records Data System and is used by BCU for background checks and fitness determinations.

eXPRS

Billing and payment

As of Jan. 1, 2018, foster care services are billed through eXPRS. Learn more about foster care in eXPRS from the provider fact sheet. Providers who have not previously billed in eXPRS will need to complete the following forms:
