Workday Learning: Information for Partners and Providers

About Workday Learning

Workday Learning is the online learning management system used by ODHS. Partners need to create a Workday Learning account in order to take state-offered training.

  • Partners are called Extended Enterprise Learners (EELearners) in Workday. This includes providers, contractors, volunteers, students and other non-state affiliates.
  • State-offered training includes training for licensure, continuing education, job requirements and more.

Self-help: Workday Knowledge Articles

Use Workday to find what you need. To search for information in Workday, type a few keywords into the search bar at the top. Check the "Articles" section for related topics. You don't need to type the whole course name, Workday search works best with just a few keywords. 

  • Overview of Workday Learning
    This self-paced online course explains the basics, like how to find your assigned learning and sign up for courses.
  • General Navigation 
    This guide shows how to navigate Workday after recent changes to its look and how you move around it. You can also search Workday for keywords "general navigation."
  • Certificate of Completion
    Learn how to print a certification to show you finished a course. You can also search Workday for keyword "certificate."
