About Rules Advisory Committees

ODHS is committed to developing rules that foster equity and reduce unintended impacts to people and communities experiencing historical and contemporary injustices and oppression through transparency and engagement. Rules Advisory Committees (RACs) and other forms of engagement with people and communities provide the agency with the opportunity to receive input from affected communities throughout the rulemaking process. See the Rules Advisory Committee policy for more information. This page lists all RACs that are scheduled for Child Welfare Division.
